Go to the following Microsoft web site and click on “Windows Desktop”. It will download the 32 bit OneNote Desktop and I believe it is the version. Disregard the fact that it gives one the impression it is installing the entire Office product.

I guess it might be downloading it I really don’t know , but it only installs and makes available the OneNote app. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another.
